Out of Warranty - Television Fixed Cost Repair Service
Please note that our service excludes any televisions that are over six years old.
We aim to complete repairs within 7-10 working days and the price you pay includes the cost of collection, parts and
labour as well as return delivery.
For television screen sizes up to and including 50 inches:
We provide a collection, repair and return service. This means the item will be collected by our nominated courier, returned to us,
repaired, then returned back to yourself. Collections and deliveries are between Monday and Friday
(usually between 9am and 6pm).
We will supply packaging for all screen sizes up to and including 50 inches. This packaging is supplied on the day of collection,
by the driver, at no additional cost.
For television screen sizes of 51 inches and above:
We use approved engineers to carry out an in home service for large screen televisions. Once your repair has been validated,
you will be contacted within 2 working days to arrange a home visit. If possible, your set will be repaired in home, should this
not be possible it will be returned to the workshop.

All repairs are guaranteed for the same fault for 6 months from the date of return after repair.
Faults which are related to the LCD/LED screen are not covered under the fixed cost repair scheme. This would include fault
symptoms such as line/pixel defect, water mark, image retention/screen burn, sound but no picture and any damage.
Fixed Cost Repair Prices
The assessment fee shown in the table below is not in addition to the fixed cost repair service. If your television suffers from an additional fault; that has not been reported, and/or we are unable to repair the unit, we will refund any monies paid minus the "Assessment Fee" as shown in the table below.
The assessment fee covers the collection and inspection of the television, should you want the television to be returned, there
will be an additional charge of £15.00 for this.
All prices quoted include VAT and are subject to parts availability.
