Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you are not, you may return any item you have purchased from us for a refund.
Should you wish to return something to us, in the first instance, please either call or email us. Please don’t just return something without informing us as we may not be able to identify it was sent by you and this could cause unnecessary delays processing your refund.
If you would like a refund on an item because you have simply changed your mind, please package it ready in its original condition. We will tell you the best way to return it to us depending on the item.If you have purchased something from us that has since developed a fault, please package it as best as you can to avoid further damage in transit.
Please note, we do not provide refunds for any bespoke/personalised items nor do we provide refunds for Software.
In no event shall UMC (UK) Limited be liable for any general, actual, direct, special, indirect or consequential damages or for any damages whatsoever resulting from the product, including but not limited to the loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product.Our guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
