Out of Warranty - Fixed Cost Repair Service

We are now able to offer a fixed cost repair service on selected brands & models of televisions once the manufacturers guarantee has expired or where there is a fault not covered under the manufacturers guarantee.

The complete service usually takes around 3-4 working days and covers the cost of collection, parts & labour as well as return delivery. 

Collection and delivery is between Monday and Friday (usually between 9am and 6pm). We can collect from any UK mainland home or work address.

The fixed cost repair service is offered on those models where we still have parts available and therefore are confident we should be able to repair it without any problem.

You can purchase the fixed cost repair for your model by first going to our 'part-finder' link at the bottom of this web page and selecting the make/brand and model number of your TV. If the fixed cost repair service is available on your model, you will be able to select 'Fixed Cost Repairs'.

Please note - The fixed cost repair service does not cover faults or damage to the main LCD/LED/Plasma screen/panel of the television. In the event that the fault is due to the LCD/LED/Plasma screen/panel, we will contact you to see if you would like us to proceed with the repair and take additional payment, the additional cost of screen/panel faults is shown in the table. (Panel failure is extremely rare).

We are usually able to fix the following issues/faults under the fixed cost repair scheme:

If your TV suffers one of the above faults and we are unable to repair it, (extremely unlikely) we will refund any monies paid and return your TV at our cost. 

Very Important

You must package the TV in a way it will not be damaged in transit, ideally in its original box/packaging. Any damage caused due to inadequate or poor packaging is not covered under the fixed cost repair scheme.

In the event of screen/panel faults we will contact you prior to repair in order to take payment for the additional amount as shown below (or for you to let us know if you do not want us to repair it).

If you decide you do not want us to go ahead with the repair, we will refund any money paid minus the pick-up/assessment fee shown below.

In the event you decide you do not wish us to go ahead with the repair we will dispose of the TV within 7 days. If you would like us to return the TV back to you there is a return carriage fee of £10. (Which will be deducted in addition to the pick up/assessment fee from any money owed to you).

*It is not always possible to replace the panel in the event that the panel is faulty/smashed.
